Senior Customer Success Manager 

What You’ll Do  

  • Manage and develop the relationship with top tier Enterprise customers post-pilot. Co-ordinate planning and execution of roll-out activity with installation leadership. 
  • Collaborate with Sales team to understand customer objectives, align advice to customers’ overarching goals, and deliver meaningful customer meetings, including Success Planning and Success Review. 
  • Build a custom action plan to drive overall customer adoption, enhance customer success, and mitigate customer churn risk. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Maintain healthy customer engagement levels by analysing engagement metrics to identify customers in need of product education through account level onboarding, implementations, and product utilisation and engagement and/or consultation. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to achieve agreed on operational priorities, leading to full realisation of business value. Provide thought leadership on value-added solutions through demonstrating deep knowledge of product suite. 
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our products and insights to serve as a thought leader and demonstrate best practices to users and champions to effectively drive greater customer engagement on the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs. 
  • Interpret customer insights through research and industry knowledge to drive change in product and act as the voice of customer to Product Marketing Managers / Product team. Lead customer engagements with insights through customer research, industry-specific trends and storytelling. 
  • Be responsible for key customer success metrics including NPS, account growth, forecasting and revenue retention. 
  • Build strong referenceable working relationships with your clients from entry level to C-level executive. 
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed, and manage the escalation through resolution.

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • 5+ years of experience required in managing an enterprise portfolio or direct client consulting within a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must have strong working knowledge/background of SaaS model and Retail 
  • Proficient in professional written and verbal communication across various channels (i.e. presentations, email, text, phone, video, etc.) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science or related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Customer Success Manager 

We are looking for a vibrant, experienced professional with a can-do attitude. You will work as part of the Customer Success team onboarding our customers and building strong relationships with customers and partners. 

The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a dynamic SaaS environment and have a proven track record communicating with customers and working closely with them to drive product adoption and engagement. 

Based in Cork, you’ll be reporting to the Director of Customer Experience.

What You’ll Do  

  • Manage the customer journey end-to-end for all new clients. Co-ordinate planning and execution of roll-out activity with installation leadership.   
  • Be the primary point of contact for new customers during onboarding and post Go-Live, communicating updates and creating and implementing onboarding plans and timelines. 
  • Monitor and track user adoption and deliver product training both one-on-one and through webinars to increase usage within our customer base. 
  • Create and implement customer retention initiatives (health checks, customer outreach, refresher training).  
  • Helping drive value from our service by managing feedback from customers and liaising with the product team and development teams to improve the product.  
  • Communicate with customers regarding product changes and tips for success. 
  • Guide news customers to success by creating Success Plans and helping them deliver on their business goals. 
  • Manage upselling to existing customers. 
  • Maintain sales material and assist sales team in developing new documentation, case studies and landing pages as required.

  • Experience in SaaS and retail is a plus

Sales Support Administrator 

We are looking for a vibrant, highly motivated, self starter with a keen eye for detail who thrives in a customer facing role. You will work in our Go-to-Market team, based in Cork and be the pivotal link between our Sales and Customer Success teams in the Ireland and UK market. 

The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a dynamic SaaS environment and have a proven track record in a Sales Support / Sales Administrator role with experience in dealing with customers and suppliers, creating and following up on Sales orders and working with Operations and Customer Success teams in delivering a positive experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do  

  • First response to sales admin inbox and sales line to service inbound enquiries, information gathering and schedule demo/presentations as well as client/partner meetings 
  • Chase clients for quote sign-off or feedback 
  • Issue invoices from accepted quotes and follow up on payment  
  • Liaise with Ops to schedule stock orders from Sales provision once invoices paid 
  • Coordinate the handover from closed Sales to the Onboarding process (EPoS requests, Site Plans, Scheduling Site surveys, install dates, Company/VAT details, Direct Debit setup and manage/update CRM) 
  • Liaise with SES-imagotag Sales Admin in Paris 
  • Liaise with Solutions & Technical Delivery regarding installations, stock provisioning and queries 
  • Assist in chasing existing accounts with overdue balances 
  • Assist with recurring revenue reports 
  • Assist with management of SalesForce and CPQ 
  • Support on business cases and use studies for new group customers/POC to rollouts

Key Qualifications 

  • 2 years + experience in a Sales, Sales Support or Sales administrative role  
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software and SalesForce CRM preferred 
  • Excellent written English communication skills and attention to detail  
  • Ability to work flexible hours 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs 
  • Experience in SaaS and the Retail industry is a plus

Responsibilities 

  • You will be focused on selling our services into independent retailers and small retail groups within the UK & Ireland territories  
  • You will support the Sales team in our Key Account Strategies across the UK & Ireland 
  • You will forge excellent relationships with our key partners, working closely with their Business Development teams to achieve our business objectives across the UK & Ireland 
  • You will work closely with our Sales Support Administrator in managing your Sales pipeline end-to-end, from prospect to close and handover to our Customer Success Team 
  • You will upsell our products and services to existing customers 
  • Set up meetings with business development representatives to negotiate/close deals 
  • National travel within Ireland is required with occasional travel to the UK  
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on our products and services 
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and/or conferences 
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams 

What is required 

  • 2 years’ experience hitting/exceeding targets in a Sales environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree.  
  • Comfortable liaising confidently over the phone and via email  
  • Confident and comfortable selling both in person and over video calls 
  • A flexible and team player approach to working in a small, fast-paced company with a positive attitude and ability to work flexible hours. 
  • The ability to work and perform under pressure while excelling within a B2B sales environment, selling both hardware and software solutions to the retail industry. 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. 
  • Retail and or software selling experience is preferred 
  • Fast learner with a passion for selling solutions 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach 
  • Primarily based in Cork, Ireland. 
  • Full Clean Drivers Licence is mandatory
